Appeals
Algonquin College issues Parking Infraction Notices (PINs) to vehicles which are parked in contravention of Algonquin parking regulations and/or City of Ottawa bylaws while on Algonquin College property. PINs are served to safeguard the service to individuals at Algonquin College who have paid the appropriate fees and are parked in accordance with parking regulations and City bylaws.
Any person who has been served with a PIN at any of the Algonquin College campuses has the right to file an online appeal. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the infraction will be cancelled. It should be considered as an application to review the PIN.
CLIENTS HAVE A MAXIMUM OF TEN (10) DAYS FROM THE ISSUANCE OF THE PIN TO SUBMIT AN APPEAL.
The appeal form contains directions on how to complete the form, what information is required, as well as the time period in which to file an appeal to Algonquin College Parking Services. All appeal forms must be fully completed and submitted to Parking Services within ten (10) days to qualify for the appeal. Any attempts to appeal a PIN beyond this time period will not be considered.

IF A CITY OF OTTAWA PIN IS UPHELD BY THE APPEALS OFFICER YOU MAY FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THE BACK OF THE NOTICE TO APPEAL IT THROUGH THE CITY OF OTTAWA.
