Admissions – Part-time Online

This program doesn’t require an application. However, you should first visit the Program Admissions Requirements page to ensure you understand what knowledge you need to be successful.

Register online course-by-course from the Program Courses page.

Some exceptions apply. If you’re an international student or college employee, you may need to call the Registrar’s Office to complete your registration at 613-727-0002 or toll-free at 1-800-565-GRAD (4723).

When calling to register, make sure you have the following ready:

• Course name and number
• Section number
• Course start date
• Student ID number if you’re an existing student
• Credit card information

Select Field Placement courses require departmental approval to register. If your program requires Field Placement visit the Online Field Placement Centre to learn more.

We highly recommend that you declare into your program through the Academic Planner tool in ACSIS. This tool will help you track the courses you’ve completed, allows you to register directly for the courses you need next, and enables your application to graduate when you’re done.

Visit our Part-time Application page and select Apply Now when you’re ready to begin. You will be prompted to create a profile and to complete an Eligibility Checklist to ensure you meet the minimum program requirements before submitting the online application form.

Once your profile is created, you can come back to your application to submit your supporting documentation at your convenience, but you must submit your application by the deadline!

After you submit your application, you can return to the Application Management System (AMS) to track your application status at any time. Don’t forget to keep an eye on your email for important updates. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received your application and if any further action is required.

Yay! – You’ve received an Offer of Admission, now what? Return to the AMS to confirm or decline your offer.

Once your confirmation is processed, you will receive the next steps to begin registering for courses by email.

This program requires an application through Ontario Colleges. Please visit our Registrar’s Office Admissions page for further information on the Ontario Colleges application process.

This program requires transfer to the Ottawa campus in person full-time delivery in year 2. If you would like to proceed with registration, please follow the steps below. If you will not be able to attend full-time in-person studies, please revisit our Program List to find a program that will better suit your needs.
