The success of a learning analytics program depends on the analyst's ability to align measurement efforts to institutional objectives and effectively communicate analytics intelligence across various levels of an educational institution. Students create key performance indicators that align learning analytics to business objectives, as well as integrate learning analytics within institutional decision-making processes.
