Introduction to Psychology
Course: COR1756
Psychology is the study of the mind and behaviour. Students use an empirical lens to critically examine why people think, feel, and behave the way they do. An overview of some of the major fields within psychology are explored and examined with a critical lens that takes into consideration issues of race, class, sexuality, gender and so on. Students have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of this discipline including a range of theories, research findings, and practical real-world applications.
