Generational diversity is increasing as a human resource challenge in the workplace. Students examine the factors that can contribute to conflict in diverse work teams. Students explore the concept of generational diversity and examine the impact of these differences in key areas such as communication, workstyle, feedback and employee retention. Through case studies, workplace situations, and online discussions, students create, share, and apply strategies for working with generational conflict.
