Students investigate cultural influences on conflict and the ways in which culture can contribute to conflict escalation in highly diverse work environments. Through case studies, online discussions and personal reflection, students analyze how culture impacts values and conflict escalation. Students develop strategies for managing culture-based conflicts in the workplace.
