Project management software increases the ability of the project manager to work more efficiently. The functions of project planning and scheduling, resource allocation and costing, progress monitoring and reporting are explored in detail. Through the application of project software tools and techniques students develop the skills required to manage successful projects.
Notes
Sections 841, 842, 843, and 844 require you to register in the month prior to the course start date. Registration for these courses closes end of day on the last business day of the month before the course starts.
Each course equals either 45 hours of Project Management education hours towards a PMIĀ® certification or if you have your PMPĀ®, 45 PDUs.

Required - MS Project 2019. Note that MS Project requires a Windows operating system.
