Students cultivate an understanding of the role and structure of government, the law-making process, the influence of public policy and their own potential influence on these systems. Through participation in public meetings, media analysis and debates, students apply knowledge to current issues facing the Canadian government relating to law enforcement and the justice system in Canada.
