Power Outage Update

Dear Colleagues and Learners,

All systems have been fully restored following Sunday’s power failure in the Ottawa area that included the Ottawa Campus.

Unfortunately, the incident caused some technical difficulties with our Information Technology (IT) network – impacting several systems to various degrees.

The IT Services team (ITS) restored functionality for most systems ahead of Monday and worked to resolve remaining issues early this week. All systems are now fully functional, including our phone systems, WiFi, and printing.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
