Impact of snowfall on our Ottawa Campus parking lots

The timing of this morning’s snowfall has made snow removal in our Ottawa Campus parking lots a challenge.

By 6 a.m. this morning, the Ottawa Airport had already seen 10 cm of snow, with much of that accumulated in the early morning hours, and continuing to fall.

We are working hard to keep sidewalks and main roads clear. Please take your time in the parking lots today and try to park as straight as possible.
With more snow and freezing rain expected, it is anticipated that some vehicles may need some assistance exiting the lots this afternoon.

Please note that overnight parking is only permitted in the Visitor’s Lot and Lot 11 (Residence).
