Message from the President – Information Technology (IT) network difficulties

Dear Colleagues and Learners,
As a result of a power failure in the Ottawa area that included the Ottawa Campus last night, the College is experiencing some technical difficulties with its Information Technology (IT) network — several of our systems are affected to varying degrees.
The IT Services (ITS) team is aware of the issues and is working to restore systems to reliable levels.
It is possible that both the Pembroke and Perth Campuses may be experiencing similar technical difficulties today and will be included as the College further assesses this situation.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. More information will be made available as these systems are restored. Please watch your email and social media for further updates.
