Minister Bardish Chagger to make announcement about culinary tourism at Algonquin College

OTTAWA — Algonquin College is pleased to host The Honourable Bardish Chagger, Leader of the Government in the House of Commons and Minister of Small Business and Tourism, to its School of Hospitality and Tourism on Friday.
“It is such an honour to have Minister Chagger visit us and spend time with our learners,” said Algonquin President Cheryl Jensen. “Our School of Hospitality and Tourism has produced some of Canada’s best-known and most respected chefs, hoteliers, restaurateurs and entrepreneurs, who are working across the country and around the world.”
Minister Chagger will tour the school, visit with students and make a special announcement about the future of culinary tourism.
