Library Account Problems
Problems Logging in to Your Library Account?
(to Renew Items, to Place Holds, to Review Your Check Outs or to Change Your PIN)
- The User ID box Does Not Accept Your Library ID
- Students (AC card)
- Have you entered your entire student number (e.g. 341792837)?
- You need to make sure that you enter at least 9 digits.
- Your PIN is the last 4 digits of your student number.
- Faculty/Staff (AC card)
- Have you opened an account with library? If not, click here to create your library account.
- Have you remembered to include 4 zeros before your employee number (e.g. 000035678)?
- You need to make sure that you enter at least 9 digits .
- Your PIN is the last 4 digits of your staff/faculty employee number.
- Students (AC card)
- My account is “expired”, “inactive” or “blocked”.
- Students: fill out the Problems with my Library Account/Card form for assistance.
- Faculty: fill out the Get a Library Account or Report a Problem with your Library Account form for assistance.
- Do you have any fines with the Library?
- Having unpaid fines could block your account. Contact your campus Library to pay your fine.
