2024 Kaleidoscope Conference

Thank you for your feedback received in the recent Learning and Development Survey about what you would like to see in our Employee Kaleidoscope College Conference this year. Please note that the conference will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2024, so please save the date!

This year’s Kaleidoscope Conference theme is “Celebrating our Culture of Innovation and Shaping Tomorrow Together!”

This is where you come in! The Kaleidoscope Conference does not happen without the contributions of all employees. The Kaleidoscope Planning Team is excited to reach out to colleagues in departments and schools to request you to come forward and share proposals of and ideas in support of this year’s conference theme!

This is your invitation to connect with colleagues across our campuses to share ideas, strategies and tools as we adapt and thrive in our continuous learning journeys, to unleash the potential of people and technology, and to enhance our AC culture of innovation, creativity and wellbeing.
