Printing on campus for staff and students is managed by The Print Shop in partnership with Konica Minolta.
ITS Client Care provides assistance with troubleshooting and reporting printing issues.
This college-wide print solution aims to reduce paper use, reduce the required number of printers on campus, consolidate printer models for easier support, and make printing easier by offering new and easy to access features.
This print solution allows staff and students to print directly to printers, print to the Findme queue and tap your ID card to release your print job at one of many Findme printers across campus, or use the web print queue to print to both of those types of printers.
The management of these print jobs and print queues is accomplished with Papercut, which needs to be installed on computers that are going to print.
