PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY
Our PMO applies its skills, knowledge, tools and templates on a specific Project Management methodology which focuses on Initiation, Planning, Execution, Operation & Maintenance and Close-Out phases to manage and deliver projects timely and efficiently. During these phases, Project Managers and Business Analysts work in collaboration with the technical team to build successful project outcomes and relationships with stakeholders.
INITIATION
Initiation is the first phase of a project where we determine what needs to get done, how to get that work done, who to do the work, who to affect and to be affected by the work. We establish guiding parameters, based on client’s needs and requirements, which will help us to reach to the expected outcome.
During Planning phase, we formulate this time detailed project plans for project activities, estimated duration, identified resources, and also applicable practices and analysis. These plans are essential to successfully execute the project work.
Execution is the phase where we actually carry out the work. We perform work activities, coordinate the resources, and manage outputs in accordance with project scope, schedule and requirement specifications. Project work performance is tracked and progress is communicated as well.
Operations & Maintenance phase is used for formalizing transition to operation activities. We ensure the information system is fully functional and performs optimally until the system reaches its end of life, via operations and support models.
