Staff and Faculty Support

Technical support for Algonquin College staff and faculty is available by scheduling and appointment with one of ITS technicians who can:
  • Assist with setup and configuration of computer devices and College licensed applications
  • Diagnose, repair and supply College owned computer devices
  • Coaching and support for network account, wireless and VPN configuration
  • Support for software issues such as virus or malware infections, operating systems errors, software optimization, etc.
