PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY
Our PMO applies its skills, knowledge, tools and templates on a specific Project Management methodology which focuses on Initiation, Planning, Execution, Operation & Maintenance and Close-Out phases to manage and deliver projects timely and efficiently. During these phases, Project Managers and Business Analysts work in collaboration with the technical team to build successful project outcomes and relationships with stakeholders.
Initiation is the first phase of a project where we determine what needs to get done, how to get that work done, who to do the work, who to affect and to be affected by the work. We establish guiding parameters, based on client’s needs and requirements, which will help us to reach to the expected outcome.
