Policies and Directives
There are several College Policies and Directives that specify Information Security and Privacy practices. As an employee handling learner, human resources, financial, health and other sensitive information, it is important that you become familiar with them and follow the prescribed practices. They primarily include but are not limited to the following:

- An agreement that all Employees and Contractors must review and sign. This agreement specifically outlines responsibilities to reduce the risk of a privacy data breach. It provides the terms and conditions in which the College is allowed to access and use the data stored on our systems. It helps ensure anyone that has access to College information is using that information for only legitimate reasons
