Tessa Mintz

With a passion for helping young people access opportunities to grow, Tessa joined CYBF in 2010. As vice president, programs, she drives the development and implementation of programs that meet the unique needs of young entrepreneurs and set them up for success.

Before joining CYBF, Tessa was the Vice-President, Account Management at Uthink/Studentawards Inc. which helps young people find innovative ways to finance their post-secondary education and build a stronger future.

Tessa is inspired by the dedication of young people and sees the tremendous impact the younger generation will have on our country’s future. According to her, “the shape of Canada will be determined by new thinking and risk-takers who are willing to put it all on the line to achieve their vision.”

Tessa has a Masters in Science from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters in Clinical Science from the University of Toronto. Active in the community, she currently sits on the Board of Directors of a neighbourhood childcare centre in Toronto.
