Loretta Serrano
Loretta Serrano is a Public Affairs and Sustainability Advisor at CEMEX, a global building materials company headquartered in Mexico (currently on leave of absence). In her role, she helped advance the company's non-financial accountability and social investment practices worldwide. As researcher and consultant for the Social Enterprise Knowledge Network and the United Nations Development Programīs Growing Inclusive Markets initiative, she conducted empirical research and developed a number of publications on corporate social responsibility, social enterprise, and socially inclusive businesses. She holds a degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics, and has been an international development and human rights fellow at the United Nations University in Tokyo.
