Ian Morton

Ian is a recognized leader on environment issues; responsible for creating some of the most innovative and effective market based programs on energy and air quality in Canada. He was named by Strategy Magazine as one of seven marketing leaders to watch in 2006 and was appointed to an advisory panel of eminent Canadians to provide advice and assistance to the Government of Canada at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) conference in Indonesia. Ian’s work has been recognized with a number of awards including being named recently as a Clean16 category leader for Retail and Consumer Products in the inaugural 2012 Clean50 rankings in Canada. Ian has been personally trained by former Vice President Al Gore on the Climate Project. As a serial entrepreneur, Ian has established and operated over a dozen private and not-for-profit corporations including Eco Generation Home Services www.ecogeneration.ca and the Clean Air Foundation www.cleanairfoundation.org He lives in Toronto, volunteers for a number of charitable organizations including acting as Chairman of Pollution Probe and the Head Coach of the Toronto Penguins Atom “A” hockey team. Ian is an avid hockey player, music enthusiast and active father with his two boys: Jackson and Charlie.
