Angela Bishop is a former teacher of marketing ethics and has worked extensively in the not-for-profit sector, notably in the area of housing and homelessness. She is currently working with the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business where she led the redesign of the Progressive Aboriginal Relations or PAR program. PAR certifies corporate performance in Aboriginal relations and is a tool to support improved corporate performance in the area. Leading Canadian companies have achieved certification through the program at the bronze, silver, or gold level. Angela also volunteers with Payukotayno Housing, supporting a project to provide affordable housing for foster families in Moosonee, Ontario.
