Vision & Hearing Benefits for Retirees

The benefit periods for Retiree Vision and Hearing Care are as follows:

Vision Care: July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2007.

Subsequent 2-year benefit periods will commence July 1, 2007, 2009, 2011

Hearing Care: July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2008.

Subsequent 3-year benefit periods will commence July 1, 2008, 2011, 2014 etc
