Partial-Load Registry Application Form

As per the Kaplan Award, the Partial-Load Registry application deadline is April 30^th. All applications received before the deadline will be considered for inclusion on the Partial-Load Registry for the following academic year (September-August). Eligibility will be determined as per the criteria in section 26.10 E of the Kaplan Award.
