Health Services Online Booking
The Ocean Online Booking platform allows students to book their own appointments with physicians at Health Services from the convenience of their own homes without having to call. All information shared through this platform is encrypted and secure. You can feel confident knowing that all sensitive data remains private and well protected.
This online booking platform is available:
- For registered patients only. If you have not yet registered with Health Services, you will need to do so before you can book an appointment online. For more information on how to register, please click here.
- For appointments with doctors only. If you are looking to book an appointment with a nurse or mental health nurse, please call Health Services at 613-727-4723, extension 7222 and select the options from the menu to book an appointment.
- Appointments for immunizations, vaccinations, work placements, or placement pass forms can only be made by calling Health Services at 613-727-4723 ext. 7222. Do not use the booking link below.

First Mental Health Visit
Book this appointment if you have never talked to one of our doctors about your mental health concern and would now like to seek assistance.
Follow Up Mental Health Visit
Book this appointment if our doctors are aware of your mental health concern, and you are seeking a follow up, medication refills, etc.
New Medical Concern Visit
Book this appointment if you have any new symptoms to discuss, i.e. physical concern, rashes, lumps, STI testing, injuries, etc.
Follow up Medical Concern Visit
Book this appointment if you are seeking follow up to a medical concern that our physicians are already aware of.
Initial Prenatal Visit
Book this appointment if you are newly pregnant and require prenatal assessment.
Follow up Prenatal Visit
Book this appointment if you have already seen a physician for your first prenatal appointment and are seeking follow up.
IUD Consult Visit
Book this appointment if you are considering an IUD as your method of contraception, and are seeking information and assessment.
IUD Insertion Visit
Book this appointment if you have already consulted with one of our physicians, and were given a prescription for an IUD. Please bring the IUD to this appointment and follow all the instructions that the physician has already discussed with you.
Prescription Renewal Visit
Book this appointment to obtain a refill for a previously prescribed medication. Please bring a list of all your medications with you.
Form Completion Visit
Book this appointment if you have a form that you need completed by a physician for work, school, employment, or other. i.e. CAL MIRF, OSAP Disability Verification Form, Fit for work form, etc. Please note that in most instances, there is a fee for form completion that is not covered by provincial health insurance or Guard.Me. To learn more about fee amounts, please click here. Please also note, if you require a complete physical assessment for form completion, such as a Driver’s Licence Physical, please call to book an appointment with reception. Do not book an appointment with a physician for Placement Pass forms. Please call to book an appointment with a nurse for completion of these forms.
DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DOCTOR FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO OBTAINING THE REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE COMPLETION OF PLACEMENT PASS FORMS. Please call Health Services at 613-727-4723 ext. 7222 and choose option 4 to speak with reception to make an appointment with a nurse.
To help ensure consistent and continued care, Health Services encourages all students to book follow-up appointments with the same physician(s) they saw previously for mental health and medical care.
