Free the Tampon

Free tampons are available on campus.

If you need tampons, AC Health Services is here to help. Our Free the Tampon initiative is providing access to menstrual products and sparking a campus-wide conversation to help stop period stigma.

The following locations have free tampons and pads available:

  • Health Services – C141, C Building
  • Mamidosewin Centre – E122, E Building
  • AC Hub – 2nd Floor, Student Commons/E Building
  • Counselling Services – 3rd Floor, Student Commons/E Building
  • Centre for Accessible Learning (CAL)
  • International Education Centre
  • SA Fitness Zone – A125, A Building
  • Jack Doyle Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC) – X Building
