If this is your first time using Health Services at Algonquin College’s Ottawa Campus, you must first register with our clinic by completing the New Patient Registration and Consent form.

Those who are registered can book, change, or cancel an appointment with a doctor, nurse or mental health nurse by calling Health Services at 613-727-4723, ext 7222.

Cancel or Reschedule:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice must be given. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment:
- By phone at 613-727-4723, ext.7222, press option 4 to speak with reception or leave a voice mail message that includes your first and last name, date of birth, and the date and time of your appointment
- In person at our clinic in Building C, Room 141
If you do not give notice and do not come for your appointment, you will be subject to a missed appointment fee of $30.00
Health Services appointments are in high demand, your prompt cancellation will give another patient the opportunity to access timely medical care.
Urgent Appointments:
If you are triaged by a nurse and agree to return later in the day to be assessed by a physician, you will be subject to a $30.00 No Show Fee, if you do not attend this appointment.
Late Arrivals:
Arriving late for your appointment could result in:
- Having to reschedule your appointment
- A missed appointment fee of $30.00
- Longer waiting times for yourself and others
- Missing your deadlines for immunization for program placements
