Dental Assisting – Orientation Date & Info
AC Day 1: Dental Assisting (Levels I and II) Session
In order to start the semester off on the right foot, the first day will be a program orientation to help you get to know the College, your classmates, and your professors.
The mandatory orientation will include activities such as:
- Explaining your timetable-term schedule
- Program requirements
- Filling out pertinent documents
- Meet and greet fellow classmates
College orientation activities are planned by the Student Affairs and Orientation Department throughout the day. Please check the orientation website to find the program specific information session time and location and other planned events.
This is a wonderful opportunity for you to obtain information about the services and facilities available at the college. You might also take this opportunity to purchase a locker, set up your email account, and purchase your texts and manuals.

The information you will receive during this session is essential to your success in the Dental Assisting (Levels I and II) program. In addition to our program session, you are encouraged to take part in AC College-wide workshops, including Brightspace training and events on campus.
