Level II Dental Assistants are in high demand. There is a need for more students and qualified graduates. Some advice I would give to students about to start the search for their first job after graduation is be professional, apply what you’ve learned, your education has set you up for success and to thrive in our organization and industry, keep your standards high, focus on your work and be a team player. Every day is a new learning day. The first few months will be stressful and tough, everything will become second nature with practice and time. Stay positive!
