How to Submit OSAP Documents
Once you have submitted your OSAP application, you will be instructed to submit documents to support your application. OSAP supporting documents are required in order for your application to be processed. These required documents must be submitted at least 40 days before the end of your OSAP study period. Documentation received after the deadline date will not be considered, and the release of your funding may be stopped.
How to access your required documents
- Log into your online OSAP account.
- Click on “My Apps”.
- Click on “Submitted Applications”.
- Click on “View Documents & Print/Upload”.
- To access your personalized documents, click on “Print/Save” and use the “Form Password”.
- For a description of each document that you are required to submit, click on the document’s name.
- Submit each document as per the instructions.
Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement (MSFAA)
The MSFAA is a multi-year loan agreement for full-time students that is not processed by the Financial Aid and Student Awards Office.
When you submit your OSAP application, the National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC) will email you instructions for submitting your MSFAA online.
Submitting your Documents
It is encouraged that you to upload your required documents directly to your OSAP account. Make sure you submit your documents before the deadline.
