Kelly-Brearley Entrance Bursary

The Kelly-Brearley family believes that everyone has the right to an education. A person’s economic background should not hinder their access to the skills which will enable them to be independent and earn a living. The family’s focus is on mature students because they are apt to have extra responsibilities which make it harder for them to undertake the education training they need.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be entering their first year (Level 01 or 02) of the Business- Agriculture, Heritage Carpentry & Joinery, or Practical Nursing program this Fall (2021) at Algonquin College’s Perth Campus.
• Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
• Applicants who are 25 years of age or older who reside in Lanark County, Ontario will be given preference

Instructions:

• Applicants must add their Social Insurance Number (SIN) via their ACSIS account in order to be awarded funding.
• All applicants will be notified of a decision by email.
• FALL APPLICATION DEADLINE: August 23, 2021 @ 11:59p.m.

Kelly-Brearley Entrance Bursary Recipients:

• The $5000.00 bursary will be applied towards Fall tuition fees and the remaining will be issued to the student.
