Draft Financial Health Metrics

As part of the Strategic Exercise to Restore Financial Sustainability (SERFS) Project undertaken between November 2020 and Spring 2021, it is important to understand how Financial Sustainability will be monitored over time.

The SERFS Working Group begun drafting a set of Financial Health Metrics that would provide leading indicators and targets that will inform the College on important trends in financial performance.

There are many Financial Health Metrics available, and the SERFS Working Group is consulting with experts, senior leadership, and the College community to select a manageable, useful set of metrics that will provide the best view of the College’s projected performance in the future.
