Master Campus Development Plan (MCDP)

The Master Campus Development Plan (MCDP) is the future of the College! This plan will ensure that the College has the facilities and state-of-the-art infrastructure to be a world leader in education.

The MCDP is a buildable five-year plan to meet the academic and non-academic space and building needs of the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan (SEM). It will positively impact all campuses and satellite locations the College owns and occupies. It will provide for the College’s enrollment expansion of both domestic and international students from now until 2035 and provide the infrastructure to meet the educational needs of future generations.

The College has embarked on this exciting development project, intending to achieve Board of Governors approval in February 2025. Once approved, the College will move into the next chapter, design and build.
