Facilities Development

Under direction of the Associate Director of Facilities Development the team provides the professional construction project leadership, technical services and experience the College depends on to grow and meet learner needs for high quality modern facilities.

The Development team provides complete cost effective construction project solutions from concept to turn key occupancy in support of the College Development Plan and requirements.

Projects are designed to foster inclusivity and sustainability, range in value from $10k to over $60M and to serve the College communities academic, leisure, administration, personal services, retail and tenant space needs.

The team also provides specialized technical support in the areas of computer aided drafting and management of the multiple facilities data bases, relied on by the College for growth and development decision making.
