2023 Employee Engagement Survey
In Spring 2023 Algonquin College launched the 2023 Employee Engagement Survey. The survey ran from March 20, 2023 until closing on April 19, 2023. This fulsome survey collected information on drivers of engagement within the job, department, and organizational areas of the College. Insights from employee feedback through this survey will create opportunities for positive change within the work environment.
