Employee Engagement at Algonquin College

In 2023 your input directly influenced where we as a College needed to focus our employee initiatives to continue to make Algonquin College a great place to work. It helped us to identify the areas we wanted to maintain and sustain as an organization, and areas we needed to improve and enhance.

We have implemented a rotating cycle of a full, comprehensive engagement survey to gather in-depth feedback on your experience at the College, and a quick pulse survey to capture your thoughts on current initiatives and any concerns you may have. Your input will guide our efforts to enhance your experience and improve Algonquin College.
