Business Finance 101

Managing your finances is one of the most important aspects of running a successful business. Although perhaps daunting, keeping on top of the money doesn’t have to be difficult. In this session, we’ll explore tried and tested techniques any entrepreneur can use to build a firm financial foundation.

Together, we’ll explore pricing structures, help you keep track of where your business’ money is going and explore additional revenue streams. We’ll also start to build out a cash flow sheet, one the most common business financial planning documents.

Selling for Creative People
