Marketing, Event & Systems Request Form

This form is for internal Marketing, Event and/or Systems support requests for the following departments: Applied Research, Co-op & Career Centre, Entrepreneurship, and MakerSpace.

If you would like to start a project, make a request and/or make an update with a marketing, event support and/or systems focus, please fill out this form. Project or request start dates and timelines will be identified once the project scope is determined.

Note: Please do not submit multiple projects (separate deliveries on different dates) all at once or include multiple projects in an attached Word document.
