This is an internal AC Marketing & Systems Request Form for the following Departments: Applied Research, Co-op & Career Centre, Entrepreneurship Centre, and MakerSpace.

If you would like to start a project, make a request and/or make an update with the Marketing & Systems team, please fill out this form. Project or request start dates and timelines will be identified once the project scope is determined.

Note: Please do not submit multiple projects (separate deliveries on different dates) all at once or include multiple projects in an attached Word document.
