Students who connect with CSIS during their studies often get hired upon graduation and enjoy a rewarding career. Hear what these AC grads have to say about their experience with Algonquin College and CSIS:

“I graduated from Algonquin College in the Police Foundations program. Police Foundations provided me with an understanding of law, as well as the hard work that goes into investigations. The experience and education I obtained at AC helped me to obtain the qualifications necessary to work in the Surveillance Unit for the last seven years. Here, I use the skills that I learned at Algonquin College, combined with my life experience, to work in one of the most exciting, high-stress environments that CSIS has to offer. I credit Algonquin College in providing me with the opportunity to learn and grow into the person I am today.”

-Adam

“I graduated from Algonquin College with an advanced diploma in Graphic Design. After a few years of working in the public sector, I made my way to CSIS and have been there ever since. Every day I have the chance to apply my skills and knowledge in this industry, including in the role of creative director, project manager, and mentor to new designers who are just starting out. The work I do in the Employee Communications and Engagement Branch at CSIS is fast-paced, creative, analytical, and deeply rewarding.”
