2023 Co-op Awards of Excellence
Co-op & Career Centre is proud to honour its 2023 Co-op Awards of Excellence winners!
On March 27, 2024, the Co-op & Career Centre honored six exceptional employer partners with the Outstanding Contribution to Algonquin College Cooperative Education Award. Additionally, six outstanding co-op students were recognized with the Cooperative Education Student Achievement Award. Amongst the students recognized, Jayde Medland, a graduate of Interactive Media and Design, was also the recipient of the prestigious Co-op Student of the Year Award at both the provincial level by Experiential & Work-Integrated Learning Ontario (EWO) and the national level by Co-operative Education and Work-Integrated Learning Canada (CEWIL).
Award recipients were selected by a committee comprised of Faculty, Support staff and Co-op staff members, reviewed the nominations according to the pre-determined selection criteria.
