Campus Services Winter Term Information

Food Services
The Marketplace Food Court, 35th Street Market Café and The Fix Eatery will be open at the Ottawa Campus for the Winter 2022 Term. Hours of operation are available on the Food Services website.

The Campus Store/Course Materials
Winter Term Booklists for registered students at the Ottawa, Perth and Pembroke campuses are now available online. AC Network credentials are required to access Booklists. AC Online students can find their textbooks by using the Textbook Search by Course.

Course materials can be ordered online from The Campus Store. In-store shopping, in-store pick-up, and curbside pick-up are all available for the Winter term. More information on shipping and pick-up options can be found here.

Card Services
The AC Card/U-Pass Service Centre at the Ottawa Campus will operate from January 3, 2022 – January 21, 2022 in D Building, at the Marketplace Food Court.

U-Pass – Returning Students

Returning full-time students who opted out of the U-Pass in Fall 2021 or during the past 2020/2021 academic year will be automatically opted out for Winter 2022 (no action is required). For returning students who did not opt-out in Fall 2021 and would like to opt-out for Winter 2022, available now through the Student Portal (ACSIS).

AC Card & U-Pass – New students

New students who require an AC Card and/or a U-Pass for the Winter term, can upload a photo online.

Once the photo is approved, they will receive a confirmation email with a link to book a pick-up appointment at the AC Card/U-Pass Service Centre at the Ottawa Campus. Domestic students can also request to have their cards mailed.

Any full-time student enrolled for the Winter 2022 Term in a program not exclusively online and designated by the College as participating in remote learning may opt-out of the U-Pass program. The opt-out form is available through the Student Portal (ACSIS).

Printing
New PaperCut student print balance for the Winter 2022 term will be available on January 3 for full-time students who have paid the full IT fee.

Mobility Print is an easy and secure method of printing to College FindMe printers, allowing users to print directly from phones, tablets or laptop computers. Instructions and information for printing on campus can be found algonquincollege.com/print.

Lockers
Ottawa Campus lockers for the Winter Term are available for rent on ACSIS.

Parking
There are a variety of short-term and long-term parking options at the Ottawa Campus available for purchase online. Daily parking options can be purchased online and on the Honk Mobile app/website.

Parking permits for the 2021-2022 academic year are currently on sale online at algonquincollege.com/parking. Pro-rated permits are available for January – August 2022.

At the Ottawa Campus, MultiPacks provide a discounted rate of 10% on a pack of 10 daily parking passes when prepaid. Multipacks are available for lots 8, 9, 10, and 12 (limited availability), and can be purchased on the Honk Mobile app/website.
