Eat, Shop, Print, Park, and More: Campus Services for the Winter Term

Algonquin College Campus Services will continue to provide services to the AC community for the 2022 Winter Term, both to those required to be on-campus and remotely. “We’re here to help,” says Brent Brownlee, Director of Campus Services, “Whether our learners are studying remotely or are required to be on-campus, our Campus Services teams are available to support our AC community.”

Ottawa

Food Services

There are three food locations on the Ottawa Campus run by Campus Services: The Marketplace Food Court in D Building, The 35th Street Market Café in Residence and The Fix Eatery in ACCE. All three have been open for service for some time but more food stations or offerings will become available during the 2022 Winter Term.

The Marketplace Food Court offers a variety of food stations Popular stations open during Fall 2021 offering all-day breakfast options, burgers, sandwiches, coffee and pastries, pizza, daily Chef’s Choice features (including vegetarian options), will continue to operate in the 2022 Winter Term.

Food Services continues to work towards opening more stations at the Marketplace Food Court, taking into account College and Ottawa Public Health directives.

The Food Services website provides updated weekly menus, available via this link, and operating hours for all the locations it runs.

The 35th Street Market Café located in Residence remains open to serve our community. The following outlets will remain closed until further notice: Tim Hortons, Booster Juice, The Portable Feast in B Building and Bits ’n Bytes in T Building.

Connections: The Campus Store & The Print Shop

Connections: The Campus Store is open for in-store shopping weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. But customers can shop online 24 hours a day, every day, and their orders can be shipped anywhere in the world. Anyone ordering locally can pick up their items in-store or through curbside pickup.

The Print Shop, located at the back of The Campus Store continues to provide in-person service, online ordering, shipping and curbside pick-up.

Print Services continues to keep the College’s printers well-stocked with paper and toner and to ensure the printers are functioning optimally.

Parking, Lockers and Card Services

Parking over the past couple terms has been enhanced with various short-term and long-term parking options. Daily parking can be purchased on the popular Honk app (no permits need be displayed to park) or on the Parking website. The latter is the place to go for long-term parking.

Lockers available across campus are available to purchase on ACSIS. The AC Card and U-Pass will be available through an appointment-based service centre Jan. 3-21, 2022 in The Marketplace Food Court.
