Algonquin College announces new Weston Family Scholars!

The Weston Family Foundation Skilled Trades Initiative is helping keep pace with the demand for a skilled trades’ workforce by increasing the number of highly skilled professional leaders with Red Seal certifications. The primary goal remains to target, recruit and retain participating students who will become employed in one of the construction, manufacturing and transportation sectors, broaden students’ perspectives, and motivate them to effect change in their home communities.
