Virtual Community Projects: Help Give Back to the Community!

As part of our Community Projects programming, the Volunteer Centre would like to challenge all Algonquin College employees and students to show their spirit and participate in random acts of kindness while practicing social distancing. We can each make a difference in our community.



At this virtual Community Project, students and employees are asked to donate a non-perishable item to their local food bank or charity of choice. Every little bit counts. On your next grocery run, choose one (or more) non-perishable grocery item to donate.



Tag us in a post on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram with a picture of you participating in the challenge from Monday, June 8 at 9:00 a.m. to Sunday, June 14 at 11:59 p.m. for a chance to win a $50 gift card to a local restaurant. Remember to include our hashtag #ACVirtualVolunteering.
