Getting your AC Card and U-Pass
To get your AC Card + U-Pass for the, you are required to submit a photo online. Card Services does not take photos in person.
Your network username and password will allow you to log into the AC Photo portal and upload a photo. You can find your network username and password on ACSIS (Algonquin College Student Information System).
Note – If your network account credentials are not available on ACSIS, please contact the Registrar’s Office.
Once your photo is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pick up your card.
New U-Passes are valid beginning Sept. 1, 2024.
U-Pass Renewal Information
All AC Cards and U-Passes are being replaced! Your existing AC Card and blue U-Pass will no longer work as of August 31, 2024.
All returning full-time Ottawa Campus students will need to have a new AC Card printed. Returning full-time students are asked to visit the AC Card and U-Pass Service Centre to get their new card, at no additional cost. You do not need to upload a new photo, as we will use their existing photo still on file.
You can pick up your new AC Card + U-Pass starting August 12, 2024, at the AC Card + U-Pass Service Centre in the Marketplace Food Court (with the exception of Aug. 28 & 29 when it will be temporarily moved to the Corner Lounge of E Building).
