  1. Request a new AC Alumni Card. To do this, start by completing the form below. For this option a $5 fee will apply. Should you select the mailing option a $1 mailing fee will also apply.
  2. Visit us for a holographic sticker to be applied to your existing student or employee card. If you still have a current employee card, or student card from your time at Algonquin College that was issued in 2011 or later, you can visit the Alumni Office (C212A), the Card Services Office (E120), or the front desk of the Jack Doyle Athletics and Recreation Complex (X Building) and present your previous student card for validation and application of a holographic sticker. You do not need to complete the form below to get a holographic sticker.

Both the new card and sticker method not only shows your pride as an AC graduate but also gives you exclusive access to promotions and discounts established by the Algonquin College Alumni & Friends Network. Please note, the cost for the new Alumni Card is $5 + applicable taxes.
