If you have submitted your photo online and you live outside of Ottawa or you are unable to pick your cards up, please fill out the form below to request your cards to be mailed to you.

Please note that we do not mail internationally. Within Canada, it can take up to between 2-3 weeks for your cards to arrive.

- I understand that Canada Post delays may occur and cards could take 10 business days to arrive. If you do not receive your cards, replacement cards are available but may be subject to a service fee of $25.00.
