AC Cash vs. Meal Plans
Your AC Card has two accounts; a meal plan account and an AC Cash account. What’s the difference? AC Cash accounts are used to spend money on campus wherever AC Cash is accepted. Meal plan accounts are used for food only. Find out more about meal plans here!
What if I lose my AC Card?
It is important to report a lost or stolen card to Card Services as soon as possible. If your card is linked to a Meal Plan it is important to report a lost or stolen card immediately to Food Services (613.727.4723 x7615) or log in to Your Account and deactivate your card. They will automatically invalidate the card to prevent fraud. The Card Services Office in E120 (Student Commons) can replace any lost, stolen or damaged cards for a $25.00 fee.
