About Printing: PaperCut

PaperCut is the print management software used at Algonquin College, and is needed in order to be able to print on campus. PaperCut is also how employees pay for printing at campus printers with their department budget codes and it is installed on all employee desktop and laptop computers by default.

How to Review Your Printing History Using PaperCut

Algonquin College employees can access their PaperCut accounts online to review activity their including transaction history, environment impact, budget code access, and more. Within your PaperCut account, you may cancel print jobs, export reports on activity, and find links to Print Services websites including The Print Shop Online, as well as to Card Services to add AC Cash to your employee card.

If you are logging in to PaperCut from a wireless device while on campus, please make sure that you are connected to the AC Secure wireless network first.

Use the VPN to Connect From Home 🔐

Employees must be connected to the College VPN while at home in order to access their PaperCut account. It is also possible to print from home to the AC-Print queue when connected to the VPN.
